SERVICE POLICIES
By purchasing any product or service at our online store (newvitalityspa.net) or NEW VITALITY SPA physical location (2301 Deer Park Ave, Deer Park, NY 11729), the purchaser and/or customer redeeming or requesting service agrees to NEW VITALITY SPA TERMS & CONDITIONS.
Services are subject to availability and receipt of payment. Requests will be processed within 24 hours. Important: NEW VITALITY SPA does not guarantee a specific therapist when booking an appointment. If the customer requires a specific therapist, this must be communicated with NEW VITALITY SPA customer service when booking the appointment at one of the phone numbers listed on our contact page.
NOTE:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEW VITALITY SPA will not have any liability whatsoever for any service provided by the therapists as they bear sole liability for all the services provided, including those services that are booked through any service channel including SMS, EMAIL, CONTACT US FORMS, or any CONTACT PHONE NUMBER USED for BOOKING SERVICE.
PRICING
NEW VITALITY SPA reserves the right to change, modify, alter, or update FULL PRICE SERVICE and/or REGULAR DISCOUNT PRICE at its sole discretion at any moment without prior notice. Any NEW VITALITY SPA product or service FULL PRICE and/or REGULAR DISCOUNT PRICES purchased prior to such changes will be honored according to NEW VITALITY SPA Terms and Conditions with regards to Expiration Dates and Price of NEW VITALITY SPA FULL PRICE or REGULAR DISCOUNT PRICE at the time of purchase.

Clients are expected to maintain respectful and courteous behavior towards all staff and fellow clients while on the premises. Any form of disrespect, harassment, or failure to comply with NEW VITALITY SPA’s rules and regulations may result in immediate removal from the facilities and potential banning from future visits. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for everyone.
WALK-INS
NEW VITALITY SPA operates strictly by an appointment only policy. Walk-ins are not accepted to ensure personalized and uninterrupted service for each client. Appointments can be scheduled in advance by calling or messaging one of the following numbers: (631) 392-0002 or (631) 992-1190.
REGULAR DISCOUNTED
NEW VITALITY SPA REGULAR DISCOUNT PRICE cannot be combined or upgraded with any other NEW VITALITY SPA product or service with time (60 minutes to 90 minutes) or type of massage. For example, if a NEW VITALITY SPA customer purchases a 60-minute couples' Swedish massage, one patient cannot upgrade to a deep tissue massage or add additional time to the session. In this example, two individual NEW VITALITY SPA REGULAR DISCOUNT PRICE products must be purchased. The same applies to the allotted times associated with REGULAR DISCOUNT PRICE (NEW VITALITY SPA REGULAR DISCOUNT PRICE cannot be upgraded from 60 to 90 minutes).
PHONE CALLS, TEXT MESSAGE, VOICEMAIL, EMAIL PROMOTIONS
Customers may receive phone calls offering a discount on a specific day and product. If there is no answer or the customer is not available to take the call, we may send a text message or leave a voicemail to provide information regarding the promotion being run on a particular day. PHONE CALLS, TEXT MESSAGE, VOICEMAIL PROMOTIONS, or DISCOUNTS are on specific days, on a limited basis, and will be honored as a one-time visit at the mentioned promotional price and specific day. PRICES and PROMOTIONS can CHANGE at any moment WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. PROMOTIONS or DISCOUNTS CANNOT be COMBINED with ANY OTHER PRODUCT or SERVICE. PROMOTIONS or DISCOUNTS are NOT VALID FOR ADDITIONAL TIME.
PERSONAL ITEMS
NEW VITALITY SPA and NEW VITALITY SPA staff will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items while customers are using services or present on-site. All personal items, including but not limited to clothing, accessories, or other valuable personal items, must be taken care of and kept secure by customers. NEW VITALITY SPA will not replace or provide refunds for any personal items lost or stolen while customers are on-site.
GROUPON
Promotional value expires 90 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires. Appointment required. Groupons are limited to 1 per person ever. Customers may buy 1 additional Groupon as a gift only if said recipient has never used a Groupon at NEW VITALITY SPA. Valid only for option purchases. Merchant's standard cancellation policy applies (any fees not to exceed voucher price). Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.
NOTE:
Even new customers who have never used services at NEW VITALITY SPA in the past are welcome with a Groupon and are limited to 1 Groupon, even when gifted by a third party. Groupons are welcome Monday -Sunday according to NEW VITALITY SPA business hours, Groupon count limit per day and NEW VITALITY SPA availability. Groupons cannot be combined with any other discounted NEW VITALITY SPA Product or Service. Groupons cannot be upgraded to other services or Additional Time. All appointments are subject to availability.
GROUPON LATE CANCEL
Cancellation of a confirmed booking with less than 12 hours notification to NEW VITALITY SPA customer service is considered a GROUPON LATE CANCEL and will result in a $20 fee per patient for the value of the time of NEW VITALITY SPA staff member who was placed available to attend to the Groupon customer's service purchased.
GROUPON LATE ARRIVAL
Groupon Client's LATE ARRIVAL will be followed up by Groupon customer service or NEW VITALITY SPA customer service to accommodate the appointment time to either 1) shorten the service time or 2) reschedule to a later time according to availability. The duration of the service will not be modified or shortened without the Groupon customer's consent. If the Groupon customer was late but does not agree to shorten the session in question with the duration of GROUPON LATE ARRIVAL, then a reschedule will be processed, and the late arrival is subject to a $20 fee per patient if the Groupon customer requests to reschedule the appointment instead of shortening the session in question for the duration of the GROUPON LATE ARRIVAL. NEW VITALITY SPA reserves the right to not push forward other NEW VITALITY SPA sessions due to a GROUPON LATE ARRIVAL.
